Welcome to an awesome Newcomer Day to Netflix in the US, although many are Arabic licensed titles. We’ll do our best to share everything that’s new on Netflix today and bring you some brand new titles to stream. Here are the news and trends on Netflix in the US for October 14, 2021.

Apocalypse Now Redux (2001)

Do you have a free afternoon to come? You’ll want to dive back into this extended edition of Francis Ford Coppola’s masterpiece.

The original film was released in 1979 and is still considered not only the director’s best work, but also one of the defining films of that decade. He’s a US Army officer serving in Vietnam tasked with bringing down a renegade Special Forces Colonel.

This extended edition brings 49 minutes of new footage and a bit of a general update that was released 20 years ago this year.

Another life (Season 2)

Of all the titles to get quick renewals on Netflix, we didn’t originally expect Other Life to be one of them. The space series titled by Katee Sackhoff did not receive the best reviews but can it turn the tide with this second entry?

Season 2 sees Niko (played by Sackhoff) preparing to leave his ship in search of the Archaian vessel.

Legacy of lies (2020)
