Citrus High Air Force JROTC Gains New Cadet Commander | Education

Cadet Austasia Swing-Manfredi rose through the ranks of Citrus High School’s FL-082 Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFJROTC) to assume command of the 125 AFJROTC cadets for the fall semester.
On August 23, a ceremony was held at the CHS to promote new Cadet Lt. Col. Manfredi to the position of Commanding Officer of Cadets in command of two five-flight squadrons and charged with the AFJROTC’s mission to develop citizens of characters devoted to the service of their nation and their community.

Cadet Lieutenant Colonel Austasia Swing-Manfredi was promoted to cadet commander in a ceremony on August 23, commanding two squadrons of five flights. His parents, Alicia and Steve Manfredi, his sister Jordyn and his grandmother Susie Seagar attended the ceremony to witness his new promotion.
